I would like to elaborate on the tags- In one of the deleted scenes she wanted to tell Loki from the beginning what he really was. Because she didn’t want to keep any secrets from him, and she wanted to help him through all the struggles he would have knowing his true heritage. Out of all the characters in the movie, I really feel like her love for Loki is the purest form of love a mother could have for a child.
And I think Loki knows it too. Because never once did he get mad at her or think that she betrayed him.
